Refund Policy

I do my best to ensure the utmost quality of designs and longevity of product life. My customers come first and your happiness is my first priority. Please read through my return policy before buying:

 

Defect items: I need a photo of the defective items. In some cases I may need you to ship the original back to me. If it’s an error on my part I will reimburse you for shipping fees and offer a full refund or new product.

Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. I will require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to USPS describing the missing item. I use tracking through USPS on all products I ship to ensure delivery.

Issues with sizing: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to follow the sizing chart provided under each item and measure first. We use many different shirt manufacturers and each one has different fits and sizing. If you’re unhappy with how your product fits, you’ll have to pay return shipping, when the product is received I will issue you a refund (minus shipping and handling) or send a new item. Items will only be refunded or exchanged if the original product is not washed and in the same condition in which I sent it.
